Bernard Nana Yaw Tufuor is the Managing Director of FloraLife Limited. He is a Horticulturalist with extensive knowledge and experience in Floriculture and Horticulture. His profound interest and experience in floricultural horticulture has led him to serve as a resource person in the delivery of some training courses in this specialized area. 

He was instrumental in assisting with course materials for special topics in floriculture for Distance Learning Students for the 2009 / 2010 academic year at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has also served as a resource person for Career Development for BSc. Landscape Design and Management Programme since the 2010 / 11 academic year at the Department of Horticulture, K.N.U.S.T. 

Nana Yaw Tuffour is an active member of the Ghana Institute of Horticulturalist and a member of ornamental research program organized by AGGSSIP in 2005. He is also one of the founding members of the Ghana Garden and Flower Movement
