Mona Asem is an entrepreneur with an unapologetic passion for gardening and garden design. Mona's entrepreneurship journey started from humble beginnings in Kumasi, through Cape Coast where she pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and hospitality followed by a Master's degree in Project Management.

Mona currently works as a business woman with a focus on Real Estate and interior design, bringing her skills in project management, finance and construction to bear. She is an active member of the Ghana Garden and Flower movement and believes that it is a great opportunity to contribute to the beautification of Ghana as well as environmental protection and conservation. 

Mona's project management skills are not only utilized in her corporate life; indeed, she may debate that these skills are more relevant in her personal life as a proud wife and mother of 4 children.
