Ben has 22 years of experience providing support to farmers and developing agribusiness value chain programs. Currently, Mr Gyan-Kesse is an AgriTech Specialist and the Program Director for the Kosmos Innovation Center, nurtured over 600 entrepreneurs, 18 startups and incubated 14 startups.

His past works include building capacity of over 58,000 cocoa farmers and improving livelihood of over 40,000 farmers in Northern, Upper East and Upper West regions of Ghana through ICT for Agric Development (ICT4AgD). He also worked with Technoserve Ghana as a Business Advisor, Cocoa Abrabopa Association as Training and Development Manager and Esoko as Business Development Manager. Ben is a modern farmer into fruit cultivation and processing.
